Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with designers to create compelling social media content and manage online public relations efforts.
∎ Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent engagement and brand visibility.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to enhance strategies.
∎ Develop innovative marketing strategies to support business development and achieve long-term and short-term goals.
∎ Plan, implement, and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, including video-based initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with online media platforms, PR agencies, and other partners to amplify brand communication efforts.
∎ Manage relationships with agencies and media partners to ensure alignment with branding goals.
∎ Work closely with IT, suppliers, and the supply chain team to oversee website updates and enhancements.
∎ Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of packaging, printing, and branding materials to support marketing efforts.
∎ Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.
∎ Maintain budgets for marketing projects and ensure optimal resource utilization.
∎ Context:The Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager - Marketing will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure brand growth and business development. The ideal candidate will have strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
