Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategic action plan and Implementation the plan with unit’s team members considering local context.
∎ Operational Management of the unit
∎ Field Team Management under Field Operations Unit
∎ Established a good understanding with Govt. NGOs, INGOs, and other stakeholders.
∎ Lead and assist with new project set-up and wrap-up of project closing.
∎ Ensure support to sectors / CSUs as their requirement for running programs at field as well as management, needs to organizational aspects.
∎ Managing all types of donor/visitor movement
∎ Managing organizational resources at field level
∎ Managing organizational crisis and emergency response
∎ Prepare reports and attend meeting, workshop seminars etc.
∎ Activities:
∎ Prepare strategic action plan and Implementation the plan with unit’s team members considering local context:
∎ Prepare Strategic Action Plan (SAP)
∎ Develop detailed plan for field team and disseminate.
∎ Develop detail implementation guideline.
∎ Periodically review the plan, revision and monitor progress through MCRS online reporting system.
∎ Quarterly review the achievement based on SAP.
∎ Prepare field visit plan by consultation with supervisor.
∎ Operational Management of the unit
∎ Oversee all aspects of implementation through supervision and monitoring.
∎ Develop and implement policies for maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Develop feedback mechanism; ensure flow of authentic information to assist management.
∎ Prepare budget of field activities, analysis of budget, identify deviation and develop plan for adjustment.
∎ Develop coordination mechanism and ensure close work relationship between operation and other sectors/CSUs.
∎ Attend meeting/workshop/seminar and sharing focusing issues/decisions with team members.
∎ Field Team Management under Field Operations Unit
∎ Develop strategic and leadership skill of the team.
∎ Develop staff and capacity development plan.
∎ Provide and disseminate any information i.e., visitors, emergency issues or any other activities
∎ Execute monitoring, field visit and managed all types of field/projects requirements.
∎ Established good understanding with Govt. NGOs, INGOs, and other stakeholders:
∎ Introduce with govt. official, NGOs, INGOs and other stakeholders
∎ Create opportunities to establish good understanding about organizations through organize workshop/seminar or any events at field level
∎ Provide direction and assist to field team to attend GO/NGOs monthly coordination meeting at local level building relationship
∎ Supporting govt. officials in different program visit to Friendship’s working location.
∎ Lead and assist to new project set-up and wrap up of project closing:
∎ Project set-up / wrap up planning meeting with respective sectors/Units
∎ Planning, Implementation and coordinating of new project set up.
∎ Lead and assist to sectors personnel at field for selecting new project during field visit as plan.
∎ Provide directions to field team members as intervention of new project.
∎ Linkage among sectors and GO-NGOs and other stakeholders.
∎ Report to management on area selection for their review
∎ Assist to field team for implementation of wrap up plan and schedule with sector for closing project.
∎ Ensure meeting with community about project closing (permanent/temporary) with respective Sectors.
∎ Field visits as per priority based.
∎ Ensure support to sectors/CSUs as their requirement for running program at field as well as management need to organizational aspects.
∎ Assist program support considering priority of the sectors or CSUs
∎ Conduct meetings with respective sectors/CSUs for making action plans.
∎ Conduct additional meeting respective sectors/CSUs personnel’s where and when need for more action on the priority work
∎ Field visit for any issue related to running project support or based on meeting decisions
∎ Provide direction to field team for ensuring their support to sectors/CSUs as quarterly plan on SAP
∎ Sharing information and ideas with the sectors/ CSUs for ensuring support on relevant issues as their requirements
∎ Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance program success.
∎ Managing all type of donor/visitor movement
∎ Meeting with relevant sectors and CSUs about upcoming visits.
∎ Visit planning and sharing with sectors and CSUs.
∎ Itinerary preparation for the visiting team.
∎ Ensuring timeliness of the visit.
∎ Sharing visit plan with the field team to ensure smooth support to the visit.
∎ Accompanying visitors as per management instruction.
∎ Ensuring all type of logistics availability during the visit.
∎ Managing organizational resources at field level
∎ Managing the employees in-charge of FC, FTC, and Friendship Complex- Mongla
∎ Monitoring monthly fund requisitions and ensuring cost efficiency
∎ Planning for future development for better service.
∎ Capacity development of the staffs
∎ Visit to FC, FTC, and Friendship Complex-Mongla for managing any crisis or difficulties.
∎ Play active role in organizational sustainability related work.
∎ Managing organizational crisis and emergency response
∎ Regular monitoring of crisis and emergency situation.
∎ Arrange meeting with relevant sectors and CSUs regarding any crisis or emergency situation. if required.
∎ Chalking out plan for tackling emergency/crisis situation.
∎ Implementing crisis/emergency response as per plan
∎ Coordinating all the sectors and CSUs during crisis/ emergency in field
∎ Provide direction to field team as field situation.
∎ Prepare report and attend meeting, workshop seminar etc.
∎ Prepare and review MCRS report.
∎ Prepare documents for workshop/seminar.
∎ Attend meeting (weekly / monthly) regularly among team members at HO.
∎ Attend meeting Coordinators -FOs (field level) for progress review and update issues.
∎ Attend workshop on SAP and any other issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 02 years more relevant working experience
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
∎ Report writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Strong team player organized and efficient.
