∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have knowledge on all sorts of Export documents.
∎ Well conversant to work with Bangladesh customs and other regulatory authorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing and routing of product.
∎ Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
∎ Prepare Monthly/Periodical/Annual Export Statement, Support banking formalities, Maintain liaison with export related trade bodies, shipping line and C & F agent selection with best competitive rate.
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export and ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Perform other duties, which are work-related, as assigned by Department Head.
