Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Factory ERP and Business application support.
∎ Communicate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines.
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
∎ Provide support to end users, investigate data discrepancies, application errors, propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve operation process.
∎ Understand and prepare MIS reports for business as per requirement.
