∎ BBA in Marketing from reputed Public / Private University.
∎ MBA in Marketing will add advantage.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Ability to generate a graphical representation of data & report on short notice with maximum efficiency.
∎ Microsoft M365 and MS Power platform knowledge is required.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Energetic, confident, and proactive.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research & development of new online marketing strategies & will keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world.
∎ Maximize e-commerce net sales and customer base development to achieve target.
∎ Operate SALE and stock management strategy, based on guidelines and strategies set by Sales & Operations.
∎ Manage the overall critical path to get product information and photography on to the site on time and ensure all involved teams within the business are aware of deadlines.
∎ Manage and build successful collaboration with e-commerce logistic and customer activation functions.
∎ Monitor stock report weekly on the site cover and work collaboratively with sales & operation team to plan and maintain a sufficient stock holding.
∎ Online sales budget control and forecasting - identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts for peak trading periods online.
∎ Web and Facebook page analytics - monitor and measure site performance.
∎ Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve.
∎ Sounds Knowledge of E.com Inventory management.
