∎ Strong knowledge of cutting machinery and fabric cutting optimization.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for pattern making and cutting planning.
∎ Expertise in cutting room operations, fabric consumption, and wastage reduction.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the cutting department to ensure timely and efficient fabric cutting.
∎ Develop and implement effective cutting strategies and processes to maximize fabric utilization and reduce waste.
∎ Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
∎ Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per consumption.
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
∎ Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
∎ Supervise cutting staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
∎ Monitor the progress of cutting operations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the process.
∎ Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
∎ Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
