Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer services
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advice the customer on their modification plan and allowing as much modification as possible within the policy of the business;
∎ Send the approved modification request to the Engineering Department to collect physical estimates of changing factors on the site;
∎ Prepare an analysis of the related cost modifications on the basis of estimate received from the Engineering Dept.
∎ Prepare cost sheets and sending it to the clients along with the invoice after authorization.
∎ Collect the modification demand cheque;
∎ Monitor the modification work by establishing proper communication with concerned MPO/site management through the letter, phone & personal visit;
∎ Invite clients for selecting the standard finishing materials within the time specified. if necessary, issue a final reminder and following up on the phone.
∎ Follow up with clients in the event of material supply and guarantee timely delivery.
∎ Monitor the execution of the choice or alteration of customers on the site through a visit;
∎ Final visit to the site to scrutinize the modification work requested by the customers and any discrepancies to be noted to Engineering Dept. for correction prior to handover;
∎ Conduct the market survey on finishing materials.
∎ Prepare the standard of the project finalizing products and accepting the consent of those of the customers concerned;
∎ Handover the utility and other necessary service papers to respective clients after finishing the project;
∎ Collect the client’s opinion regarding the working process;
∎ Prepare utility costing;
∎ Arrange project handover meeting;
∎ Attend after handover complaints made by clients and make a register & follow up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The Candidate must have adequate knowledge on apartment after sales service.
∎ Good knowledge on Billing and the finishing of civil works.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must.

Salary: Negotiable
