∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Good knowledge about registration, deed, CS/SA/ RS/ BS porcha & khatian, map, mouja and other related documents.
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Good knowledge about registration, deed, CS/SA/ RS/ BS porcha & khatian, map, mouja and other related documents.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare visit plan and arrange meeting with the landowner.
∎ Prepare the proposal for the landowner.
∎ Collect land related information from the land media, compile the land documents and check them through Legal department.
∎ Collect the information about potential market/clients.
∎ Accomplish the property acquisition target according to the business plan.
∎ Accumulate market survey required information and prepare reports.
∎ Maintain & develop relationships with the law enforcement agencies. Liaison with various government & non-government organizations such as AC land office, Tahshil office, Sub- register office, RAJUK, REHAB, etc.
∎ Negotiate with the landowners and potential buyers.
∎ Support the team to deal with land measurement, purchase, registration, deed & agreement preparation, bayna, etc.
∎ Maintain departmental coordination up to the project handover.
