∎ Must have knowledge of computer applications such as AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Revit, etc.
∎ Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Sketch-Up, 3D Studio Max etc.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop preliminary layout plans or proposals based on FAR & DAP findings.
∎ Create architectural designs, including conceptual, presentation, and working drawings.
∎ Interpret, understand, and coordinate related structural, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and landscaping drawings.
∎ Review and prepare all necessary authority drawings for submissions, including planning permit, SPP, and RAJUK drawings.
∎ Conduct comprehensive design reviews, incorporating feedback to improve designs.
∎ Ensure compliance with local regulations, such as RAJUK, and manage departmental submissions for plan approvals.
∎ Prepare detailed measurements, working drawings, interior designs, and layout plans, including sections, elevations, and project plans.
∎ Develop AutoCAD presentations, Sketch-Up models, 3D Studio Max visualizations, 3D illustrations, and other project requirements.
∎ Understand project costing, material costing, feasibility, and effective project planning for timely completion.
∎ Design exterior and interior architectural concepts, plans, elevations, detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and cost estimations.
∎ Possess knowledge in designing residential and commercial spaces, retail and office spaces, furniture, and interior products.
∎ Calculate salable areas and create detailed project profiles.
∎ Prepare brochure materials for projects.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure site work is completed on schedule.
∎ Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as needed.
∎ Ensure all work meets specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
∎ The Mid-Level Architect is responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed plans, and overseeing project execution. This role requires strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
