Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the write up of different content for the sector.
∎ Prepare project proposal based upon requirement.
∎ Setting up of Marketing plan or strategy for sales of replicas.
∎ Assist HOD in fund raising initiatives.
∎ Assist HOD in budget preparation for the sector.
∎ Editing manuscript for the documentation.
∎ Compiling and organizing archives.
∎ Outline and follow up of social media for sector
∎ Maintain Inter sector communication.
∎ Visiting the field /factory as required.
∎ Assisting in artwork and photography of the sector.
∎ Any other task as & when assigned by the Sector Head.
∎ Ensure the write up of different content for the Sector - Write up for all formats of content that are uploaded on social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) for cultural preservation. Ad-hoc support to be provided to communication for similar activity when necessary.
∎ Prepare project proposal based upon requirement - Approaching relevant stakeholders to highlight the sectors work is usually accompanied by proposals to affiliate for collaborative work since proposals act as expression of interest for the kind of work the sector wants to engage in.
∎ Setting up of marketing plan or strategy for sales of replicas- The strategies are usually set in collaboration with Nodi ltd, preparing and monitoring the digital campaign that would go into the social media channels of Cultural Preservation. Also provide tangible support by being present in all collaborative exhibitions under the ‘Colours of the Chars’ banner to execute the sales strategies and boost the sale of boats.
∎ Assist HOD in fund raising initiatives- Follow up on leads attained by the sector head or other sources and act as the person of interest for liaising.
∎ Assist HOD in budget preparation- Take lead on preparing the budget necessary for review by the sector head.
∎ Editing manuscript for the documentation- Ascertain and organize details in the manuscript as outlined by the HOD.
∎ Compiling and organizing archive- Creating a master file and constantly updating it to include all cultural preservation files.
∎ Outline and follow up of social media for sector- Gather content, organize write up, and execute social media plan accordingly.
∎ Maintain Inter sector communication- Liaise with sectors and csu’s accordingly.
∎ Visiting the field /factory as required- Ad-hoc and accordingly.
∎ Assisting in artwork and photography of the sector- Process all filming work for the boats as required by work. Also providing expertise support to communication on ad-hoc basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent English write up skill
∎ Very good understanding of Bangla
∎ Sincere & Discipline in work
∎ Self-motivate and proactive
∎ Ready to take challenge and workload
