∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Head of Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary in discharging his day-to-day activities.
∎ Assist in providing Company Secretarial Services including Board and Committee Meetings, Annual General Meeting, etc.
∎ Drafting of minutes of the meetings and different reports.
∎ Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (Companies Act, BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL, Bangladesh Bank, BIDA, etc.)
∎ Preparation & submission of returns as required by laws.
∎ Maintaining key corporate documents and records especially statutory books & registers of the Company.
∎ Act as the first point of contact of shareholders and maintain good relations.
∎ Liaison with regulators, different authorities and maintain good rapport.
∎ Handling of taxation, trademarks and expatriates work permit-related issues.
∎ Other tasks of the company as assigned from time to time.

∎ Age at most 32 years
