B.B.A/ M.B.A/ Masters completed from a recognized and reputable university.
Graduated from NSU, BRAC, EWU, AIUB, UIU, ULAB, BUP are preferred.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant industry experience.
Industry Expertise: Prior experience working with buying offices servicing major retailers such as VF, Koontor, Tesco, George, Levi’s, M&S, H&M, ZARA, Bestseller, C&A etc. is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities (Senior Executive)
To maintain smooth business relationship with existing buyers and meet their needs.
Deliver timely client reports.
Collect buyer's projection regularly and analyzing profiles.
Acquire new clients, expand share.
Develop business strategies & ensure client satisfaction.
Manage queries to order placement.
Daily reporting on development progress and follow up till achievement.
Monitor market and competitors.
Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve buyer’s issues.
To ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all complaints.
Provide leadership and direction to the business development team
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and preferences.
Analyze competitors and develop competitive strategies.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new products.
Set and monitor sales targets using KPIs.
Oversee the sales process from order receipt to payment realization.
Participate in trade shows and industry events.
