  • Industry Expertise: Prior experience working with buying offices servicing major retailers such as VF, Koontor, Tesco, George, Levi’s, M&S, H&M, ZARA, Bestseller, C&A etc. is highly preferred.

  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Responsibilities (Senior Executive)

  • To maintain smooth business relationship with existing buyers and meet their needs.

  • Deliver timely client reports.

  • Collect buyer's projection regularly and analyzing profiles.

  • Acquire new clients, expand share.

  • Develop business strategies & ensure client satisfaction.

  • Manage queries to order placement.

  • Daily reporting on development progress and follow up till achievement.

  • Monitor market and competitors.

  • Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.

  • To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve buyer’s issues.

  • To ensure timely and satisfactory closure of all complaints.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the business development team

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and preferences.

  • Analyze competitors and develop competitive strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new products.

  • Set and monitor sales targets using KPIs.

  • Oversee the sales process from order receipt to payment realization.

  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.
