Responsibilities & Context:
Experience: Usually 2–3 years in the RMG sector .
Technical Skills: Ability to interpret Buyer Tech Packs, manage pattern corrections, and oversee Sample Machinists.
Buyer Exposure: Mention specific brands if True People Fashion works with major labels (e.g., H&M, Inditex, Walmart) so candidates know the required quality standards.
Software: Knowledge of CAD (Gerber/Lectra/Gemini) is a major plus for modern sample rooms.
