Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for interested candidates as a Sr. Officer- Compliance/ Sustainabilityfor garments who has initiative, experience in following sector, drive and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.

Lead and manage all social, technical, and environmental audits

Conduct regular internal audits to ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and international buyer Codes of Conduct (CoC)

Identify compliance gaps and ensure 100% adherence to required standards

Develop and implement effective Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure of audit findings

Implement and monitor sustainability tools such as the Higg Index (FEM/FSLM)

Track and report key Environmental KPIs including energy, water, and waste

Manage waste management systems, energy-saving initiatives, and water consumption tracking

Ensure alignment with global sustainability benchmarks and best practices

Coordinate and maintain certifications such as GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OCS, and GOTS

Conduct frequent visits to factory locations and client offices to perform inspections and ensure compliance alignment

Frequently visit client offices and factory sites to conduct inspections, ensure compliance, and maintain alignment with required standards.
