Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute branding strategies: Work closely with the marketing team and senior management to develop comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's goals and values. This includes defining target audiences, positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
∎ Fusion food concept: Explore the art of fusion food, incorporating global culinary influences into our izakaya offerings. Develop innovative menu concepts and collaborate with our culinary team to create unique and exciting food pairings that delight our customers.
∎ Brand consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising campaigns, website content, and in-store materials. Monitor brand compliance and provide guidance to internal teams and franchisees to maintain brand standards.
∎ Market research and analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging fusion food concepts to drive innovation.
∎ Partnerships and collaborations: Identify and initiate partnerships with relevant influencers, food bloggers, and local communities to enhance brand visibility and foster brand advocacy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop co-branded campaigns and promotions.
∎ Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding initiatives, such as brand awareness, customer perception, and engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results to senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of the izakaya concept, fusion food trends, and global culinary influences.
∎ Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
∎ Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Strong analytical skills to interpret market research data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for branding and marketing purposes.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
