Responsibilities & Context:
Identify the Target Market, Sales Channel, and case of Dispatch Orders.
Regular Visits to End Users, Mason, Site Engineers, Contractors of LGED, PWD, Roads, and Highway Departments.
Prepare Customer Data and Report to Supervisor.
Maintain a Good Relationship with the End Users, Contractors, Engineers and Masons to achieve the Sales Target.
Handle Customer Complaints and Come Out with a Solution.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
Arrange Technical Seminars/Workshops for Engineers, House owner, Retailer and Mason Regarding Technical Knowledge and Quality Assurance.
Oversee Quality Control and Safety Matters in Project Site.
Assist the Sales Team Regarding Technical Aspect.
Any Other Task Assigned by the Department Head and Management.
