Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Minimum B. Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from any Govt. Engineering University.
Candidates from BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET & DUET will get preference.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

Applicants must have experience in the Cement, Rod, Power Plant, or Ceramics Industry, with a 33KV Sub-station.
Those who haven’t worked in related companies need not to apply.
Applicants must have at least 05 years of experience in a similar position.
Leadership capability is a must.
Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
Work under pressure.
Should have the mentality to work beyond the time frame.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor, maintain, and supervise all the utilities such as Electric sub-station, HT, LT, Transformers, Electric Control Panels, Ball Mill, PLC, Diesel Generator, Solar Panel, Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Pumps, and Electrical Workshop, etc.
Will be responsible for overall maintenance activities of the factory utility & electrical departments.
Prepare and execute a regular preventive maintenance schedule of all electric equipment in the factory.
Should have practical knowledge of HT, LT, Electric substation, Cement Ball Mill, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor & Chiller.
Responsible for ensuring optimum utilization of energy (electricity) and measuring units of utilities produced, utilized, and waste through monthly reporting.
Ensure proper monitoring and follow-up for scheduled maintenance, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance.
Should have experience in Electrical load calculation, Cable/ Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/ Transformer selection.
Develop standard operating procedures for different tasks and train the workforce accordingly.
Any other electrical tasks as assigned by the management.
