Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Govt. Polytechnic institute.

• Having a Bachelor`s Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.

• At least 2 years

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Applicants from a cement industry background will be preferred.
• Should be proactive, innovative, and energetic.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Able to Work under pressure.
• Should have the mentality to work beyond the time frame.

• We are looking for an Executive / Sr. Executive (Technical Support Division) who is Dedicated and energetic.
• Identify the Target Market, Sales Channel and case of Dispatch Orders.
• Regular Visits to End users, Mason, Site Engineers, Contractors of LGED, PWD, Roads and Highway Departments.
• Prepare Customers Data and Report to Supervisor.
• Keep Good Relationships with End users, Contractors, Engineers and Masons to achieve Sales Targets.
• Handle Customers Complain and Come Out with Solution.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.
• Arrange Technical Seminars/Workshops Meets for Engineers, House owner, Retailer and Mason Regarding Technical Knowledge and Quality Assurance.
• Oversee Quality Control and Safety Matters in the Project Site.
• Assist the Sales Team Regarding Technical Aspects.
• Any Other Task Assigned by Department-Head and Management.
