Experience:

• At least 3 years

• BBA (major in Marketing) from any Public University / NSU / BRAC / IUB

• At least 3 years

• Strong negotiation skill

• Collaboration and relationship management

• Strong communication skills

• Tech and social media savvy

• Ability to produce innovative ideas

• Team player

• Execute brand campaigns (Preparing and executing monthly offline ad schedule)

• Project Site Branding (Upcoming, under construction and Completed Projects)

• Source, appoint and manage different vendors/agency to ensure on-time delivery of different offline sales and marketing tools.

• Assisting in Planning, Organizing and executing all external and internal events.

• Managing the sponsorship relation with Bangladesh National Golf Team and the relation with KGC.

• Manage Head Office, CTG Office Branding and Outdoor branding

• Manage all BTL Production (Paper Production, POP materials and all Office Stationaries)

• Collect and maintain market information

• Pick & Drop facility

• Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
