∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC,CPA,ACCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparing and filing accurate VAT returns within the designated timelines.
∎ Monitor changes in VAT regulations and ensure the organization's adherence to these changes.
∎ Collaborate with the finance team to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in relation to VAT.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to optimize the organization's tax position.
∎ Assist in identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies while staying within legal boundaries.
∎ Provide recommendations to management on tax-related matters to support decision-making.
∎ Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all tax-related documentation.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation necessary for tax audits, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with various tax deadlines, including VAT payments and other tax obligations.
∎ Assist in responding to tax authorities' inquiries and requests for information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills to explain vat and tax concepts to vat officials
∎ Strong understanding of VAT regulations and other tax laws
∎ Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
∎ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
∎ Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Prior experience in tax, accounting, or finance roles
