• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product development for Bakery, Confectionery, Baking, or Culinary applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English for effective interaction with customers, principals, and internal teams.

• Prior experience in product development and technical service will be considered a strong advantage.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Technical Service team in the Food & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting bakery, confectionery, culinary, and related product applications, while serving as a key technical partner to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare prototype samples (Bakery, Confectionery, Baking, and Culinary) based on customer requirements.

• Apply principal ingredients at the laboratory scale for performance evaluation and formulation optimization.

• Conduct plant trials at customer facilities, ensuring products align with process standardization and customer expectations.

• Provide timely and effective technical solutions to resolve customer product- or process-related issues.

• Organize and participate in technical meetings with customers and principals to address process or application challenges.

• Manage and oversee sample preparation, distribution, and documentation processes.

• Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life analyses at the laboratory scale.

• Act as the primary technical contact for strategic customers and Sales Account Managers, delivering advanced technical support and representing MEPL as a trusted partner.

• Ensure all laboratory activities are conducted in full compliance with national and international regulatory, legal, and safety standards.
