• 3–6 years of proven experience in Retail/Modern Trade business in a reputed company like Unilever, Marico, ACI ltd, Square, AKIJ, MGI.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• The candidate should be able to lead and support sales initiatives to achieve business targets.

• The incumbent must have experience in retail marketing, Super shop marketing & Online Marketing.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in order to meet business targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

• The Candidate should have a proven track record.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and sales tools is an added advantage.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade, online, and other key accounts (B2C) channels.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support.
