Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in any Discipline preferably from Marketing/Management
∎ Any professional qualifications will be considered as advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed Business Plan and formulate Sales Strategies for the region
∎ Prepare monthly sales report and market feed-back report.
∎ Continuous monitoring of competitors activities and reporting with specific recommendations
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region. Ensure order collection and sales in maximum number of outlets
∎ Expand to new market areas and increase sales volume to contribute in Company growth. Increase targeted number of dealers to sell products in the region with continuous improvements
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-7 years experience in the relevant field
∎ Dynamic, independent, ambitious, team player and target oriented
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in Power point presentation & MS Office Packages
∎ Analytically competent for quick decision making
∎ Understand Business needs of the Company
