Skills Required: Building Materials,Dealer development,Dealer Management,Handling Distributors or Dealers,Sales & Marketing,sales and Distribution

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • 5–6 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 3 years in selling construction materials (preferably concrete blocks, cement, or similar building products).

  • Strong network with contractors, developers, and consultants will be an added advantage.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently for client visits.

  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for concrete hollow blocks with contractors, real estate developers, architects, and construction companies.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients when required.

  • Visit project sites, contractors, to promote products and secure orders.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, and report insights to management.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of products to clients.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.
