Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily Area & Region wise target vs achievement report.
∎ Prepare daily WhatsApp ASM/RSM/NSM/SM attendance report.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly sales analysis on Power Point and Excel
∎ Prepare daily SO-wise sales report.
∎ Prepare DO in ERP software.
∎ Prepare monthly incentive statement of SO/ASM/RSM.
∎ Prepare distributor's opening, lifting and closing stock report.
∎ Prepare monthly analytical report relating to sales and marketing.
∎ Prepare and provide monthly SO attendance sheet for salary.
∎ Prepare and provide monthly ASM/RSM/SM/NSM attendance sheet for salary.
∎ Provide sales oriented data and field oriented data to all the concerned departments
∎ SIM maintain: properly distribute to all field forces and other SIM related enquires & execute as soon as
∎ Bank related work like fill-up Bank form as per Bank requirements then submit to Bank
∎ Check and verify of all field forces like CV & other documents and submit properly to HR & Admin Dept.
∎ Create the product value chain and collect others competitors DP, TP & MRP concerned with Head of sales
∎ Prepare product R&D concerned with Head of sales
∎ Prepare damage claim report of business party’s and submit to Accounts Dept.
∎ Additional responsibilities may be added as per the requirement of Sales and Marketing Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to provide support on ERP software at user end
∎ Able to work under pressure and provide support to management, after office hour if needed
∎ Must good knowledge in advance Excel, Power Point, Bangla & English Type
