∎ Require strong leadership, strategic thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics.
∎ Required practical experience Real Estate Industries.
∎ Must have practical experience on Team Management.
∎ Leadership Quality.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target to ensure profitability of the organization.
∎ Prepare and analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
∎ Individual sales target with team sales target.
∎ Selling available products of the organization.
∎ Understand property paper.
∎ Respond to sales inquiry.
∎ Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.

∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
∎ Deal with prospective clients.
∎ Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
∎ Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.

∎ Collect/provide any documents to the owner or buyer if necessary.
∎ Update daily & monthly report of their activities.
∎ Required practical experience on Real Estate industries.
∎ Direct marketing and selling available products of the organization.
∎ Property Visit & Negotiation with clients for sales closing.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.
∎ Achieving target given by the management.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customer.
∎ Deal with prospective clients.
∎ Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
∎ Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly sales report.

∎ Update daily & monthly report of their activities.Product Responsibility:
∎ Required practical experience on Real Estate industries.
∎ Property Hunting (Apartment/Land) for the organization.
∎ Respond to property inquiry.
∎ Property Visit & Negotiation with seller & ready product.
∎ Property picture collect, shoot video, preserve property data.
∎ Complete MOU with seller & create deed of agreements.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment ensuring daily visit to the client.
∎ Achieving target given by the management.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential seller.
∎ Deal with prospective seller.
∎ Maintaining clients' database, maintain sales & others reports.
∎ Maintaining the daily, monthly & quarterly product report.
∎ Develop and execute regional product hunt plan.
∎ Prepare and analyze property stock statistics to determine business growth potential.
∎ Organize & participate in property related events.
∎ Achieve property data collection target to ensure profitability of the organization.
