Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and submit all kinds of samples on time, and coordinate with the buyer to get approval within the timeline as per the TNA.
∎ Cross-check cost breakdown & ensure the fabrics and trims consumption whether the cost is correct.
∎ Cross-check and ensure fabrics & trims are booked according to buyer-provided color/size breakdown and get them in-house as per the TNA / Input date in any exception has to be escalated to the next level immediately.
∎ Ensure pre-production activities (production file / trim card/fabrics inspection/segregation/test etc) are completed on time / before the PP meeting.
∎ Submit garment/trim test on time and share test tracker with the central merchandising team and in case of any failure, ensure that has to be escalated to the management level.
∎ Collect the instruction sheet /material details sheet from the buyer and update in the ERP system.
∎ Follow up with all the production team members such as CAD / SMV / IE / Quality/sample & share order data for on-time execution.
∎ Follow up on Import / local fabrics and trims on-time shipment/in-house as per the TNA / Input date.
∎ Prepare checklist with all materials/consumption for the order and review it with the team leader.
∎ Keep proper tracking of yy/cut projection / cut plan / cut to ship etc.
∎ Prepare packing list and PO list.
∎ Update CPV (critical path visibility) in the buyer system.
∎ Conduct daily product reviews and share findings to the management.
∎ Book pre-final/final inspection in the system within the timeline, follow up with finishing/quality/warehouse / DQA to get goods ready on time.
∎ Follow up for inspection / commercial / warehouse to move cargo on time.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
