Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Executive & Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company
∎ Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Real Estate Experienced ONLY)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about Real Estate land business & present market
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic
∎ Computer knowledge is the must
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
