Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
The candidate must be excellent in Power bi report generation.
Hands-on experience with PLM platforms like Axind, PTC Windchill, or Oracle Agile PLM.
PLM system rollouts and enhancements.
Foreign language skills (for global collaboration).
Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
Responsibilities & Context:
Information Technology:
Maintain and support networks, servers, and software applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Provide hands-on support to employees for hardware/software issues.
Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
Manage procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT assets.
Liaise with external vendors for IT services and solutions.
Assist in planning and executing IT projects.
Ensure timely delivery and integration of new systems.
Collaborate with the central BET IT team for Email, network, and server issues.
PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)/ Business Support:
Configure and maintain PLM environments, including user roles, workflows, and access controls.
Provide technical support to PLM users across Design, merchandising, Shipping, and technical teams.
Monitor data flows between PLM and other enterprise systems (SAP, Costing tool, QA Software, Etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve PLM workflows and business processes.
Deploy new features and enhancements within the PLM system.
Maintain documentation for system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
Tally DATA between PLM and SAP monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly
