Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales (Rainbow Paints)

Overview:

Rainbow Paints, a fast-growing concern of RFL Group, is inviting applications for the position of Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and industrial partners. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, supporting large-scale paint projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, including contractors, developers, architects, and industrial clients.

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic account management.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and design tailored solutions to address client requirements.

  • Analyze industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to assess market opportunities and potential risks.

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and credit terms to ensure profitability and maintain competitiveness.

  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, technical, operations, production, and distribution teams to deliver superior service to customers.

  • Oversee large-scale paint projects from proposal through execution, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews for management decision-making.

  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support to sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
