∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Monitoring overall Activities of the commercial dept , co ordinate the activities of the commercial dept with other dept and outside parities , govt offices , local liasion, offices of buyer , audit farms , banks etc .
∎ Supervise and follow up all banking related work of the commercial dept .
∎ Renewal and extension of bank liability and sanction and so on .
∎ Coordinate with MKT and Merchandising dept and Finance and accounts dept regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities respectably .
∎ Dependable to submit export documents to Bank for negotiation with buyers bank for bill realization
∎ Follow up on the payment realization and disbursement of the funds after getting the payment .
∎ Responsible to collect Master L/C From Bank and open back to back L/C For raw material procurement for export.
∎ Prepare and submit utilization declaration from respective authorities which ar required to export goods .
∎ Responsible for renewal of Bond license , Fire license, Group insurance policy , Annual audit report from customs authorities.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of the export and Import section
∎ Responsible to give a good account and prove to be equal to your responsibility
∎ Organize import documents to release import consignment in time .
