Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquisition of land/plot in potential areas under Joint Venture Development.
∎ Outdoor visit for searching lands in different potential areas.
∎ Contact landowners, make regular followup & meet landowners.
∎ Should have in depth and practical knowledge about Real Estate and its present market conditions, demand, price etc.
∎ Negotiate with landowners and build a trustworthy relationship with landowners.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about land related documents, Building Construction Act of Rajuk etc.
∎ Should have experience to prepare Joint Venture Agreement and Power of Attorney.
∎ Familiar with different concerned authorities like Sub-register office, Rajuk, land offices etc.
∎ Calculation of construction areas, costs and prepare feasibility study report of every potential land.
∎ Prepare "Proposal for Joint Venture Development" for landowners.
∎ Coordinate with logistic, legal & sales departments.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with land media personnel / broker.
∎ Should have excellent presentation and negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
∎ Potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients (Landowners).
∎ Make cold calls to prospective landowners and continue follow-ups
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Perform any other activities as and when required by the management for the purpose of enhancement of sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
