Experience:
2–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, activations, events, or trade marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong project management, vendor management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
Plan and Execute BTL Campaigns
Develop and implement BTL marketing activities including project launches, roadshows, mall activations, corporate tie-ups, fairs, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Manage Activation Agencies and Vendors
Coordinate with activation agencies, event partners, production houses, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of all BTL initiatives within approved budgets.
Lead Generation and Conversion Support
Work closely with the sales team to design activation programs that generate qualified leads and support project sales targets through effective customer acquisition strategies.
Event Planning and On-Ground Management
Oversee end-to-end execution of events and activations, including venue management, branding, logistics, staffing, permissions, and customer experience.
Budgeting and Performance Tracking
Prepare activation budgets, monitor expenditures, and evaluate campaign effectiveness through lead volume, cost-per-lead, footfall, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Partnership Development
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, banks, educational institutions, clubs, and community groups to create new lead-generation opportunities.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging activation opportunities, and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations to management.
