Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounts, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
∎ CA CC completed from any reputed CA firm is mandatory.

∎ Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance roles.
∎ Experience in a production plant or factory environment will be a significant advantage.
∎ Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
∎ Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and Tax regulations.
∎ ·Advanced skills in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare financial statements in adherence to IFRS, Company Law, BSRE regulations, and local laws.
∎ Ensure timely submission of financial analyses and reports to senior management.
∎ Develop long, medium, and short-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Implement robust systems for budget control, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analyses to identify critical processes for cost optimization.
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable VAT and Tax regulations.
∎ Manage timely filing of returns and address compliance issues effectively.
∎ Lead quarterly and annual physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
∎ Oversee monthly fund budgets and secure management approvals for allocations.
∎ Supervise bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger.
∎ Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, cash, accounts payables/receivables, LC, and advances.
∎ Work closely with the ERP development team to generate accurate and customized financial reports.
∎ Train and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
∎ Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support the company’s financial objectives.
