🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Engineer – System & Design who will lead system design and engineering functions while also supporting technical sales and client engagement. The role requires strong expertise in fire protection systems along with the ability to contribute to business growth through technical proposals and project support.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Design fire detection, fire alarm, firefighting, suppression, and sprinkler systems

• Prepare system layouts, hydraulic calculations, technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications

• Ensure full compliance with NFPA, BNBC, UL/FM, and relevant international standards

• Conduct site surveys and review project requirements

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for technical execution

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical teams

• Ensure proper documentation, quality assurance, and project compliance

• Participate in design review meetings and technical presentations

• Support sales and business development with technical proposals, costing, client meetings, and solution presentations

• Assist in pre-sales engineering, tenders, and project estimation

🎓 Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Civil Engineering, or any other relevant Engineering discipline.

🛠 Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in fire protection system design & engineering

• Proven experience in technical sales, tender support, or pre-sales engineering will be highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of NFPA, BNBC, UL/FM standards

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, hydraulic calculation software, and relevant design tools

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving ability

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Experience in hospitals, high-rise buildings, commercial, and industrial projects will be an added advantage
