• Formulate and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap.

• Expand business in fire safety & security equipment markets, ensuring innovation and competitiveness.

• Drive import, supply chain, and distribution operations for international-standard products.

• Strengthen client relationships with corporate, industrial, and government stakeholders.

• Oversee financial performance, profitability, and risk management.

• Ensure compliance with national and international fire safety & security standards.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team.

• Represent the company in business forums, industry associations, and regulatory platforms.

• Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Management (MBA preferred).

  • At least 15 years of professional experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in business development, international trade/import, and organizational leadership.

  • Industry knowledge in fire safety, security equipment, engineering solutions, or technology-driven businesses will be an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
