Job Summary
Prime Sweater Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Fire Safety Officer to ensure workplace fire safety, maintain compliance with fire safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections and emergency preparedness activities. The ideal candidate must have completed the 6-month Fire Service & Civil Defense Manager Course and possess practical experience in industrial fire safety.
Location: Naibari, Pubail, Gazipur City Corporation, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and company safety policies.
Conduct routine fire safety inspections throughout the factory premises.
Monitor and maintain all fire protection systems, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and emergency exits.
Organize fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises on a regular basis.
Train employees on fire prevention, emergency response, and safe evacuation procedures.
Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Coordinate with the Fire Service & Civil Defense authorities during inspections and emergencies.
Prepare and maintain fire safety records, reports, and documentation.
Investigate fire incidents and near misses, and submit detailed reports with corrective actions.
Ensure emergency equipment is functional and readily available at all times.
Support management in developing and implementing fire safety policies and emergency response plans.
Perform any other safety-related duties assigned by management.
