Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for experienced education counselor for our company STUDY VISION ADVISORY, a concern of STUDY ABROAD ADVISORY MALAYSIA. https://www.studyabroad.com.my/
As a Senior Counsellor, you will be expected to:
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual counselling sessions with students and parents.
- Provide accurate guidance on universities, programs, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Manage and follow up on leads promptly while ensuring strict confidentiality of all student data.
- Work towards achieving monthly and yearly student recruitment targets
- Support and guide junior counsellors in handling student cases and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners.
- Prepare monthly reports on leads, conversions, and counselling performance.
- Always ensure professional conduct and safeguard the privacy of leads and company data.
