∎ Bachelors/ Masters degree from reputed Public/ Private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for sale Swipe Machines / POS / POS terminal in the open market and corporate houses.
∎ Has to approach retail outlets and corporates. This can be out of city also.
∎ Pitching products and/or services to prospective customers.
∎ Send quotations, conduct promotional activities with retailers/dealers and corporates.
∎ Managing Relationships with Dealers and Customers.
∎ Maintaining daily Reports, sales management and also provide sales report.
∎ Handling Partner queries and maintains a relationship.
∎ Identify new opportunities and continues the business enhancement.
∎ Should be confident, energetic, organized and resilient, as even the most accomplished salespeople face rejection on a regular basis Identifying new sales leads.
∎ Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
∎ Provide customer service for the product related manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three (3) years of (uninterrupted) working experience in relevant fields/customer service.
∎ Communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Must be smart, presentable, organized and punctual. Be agile in nature and must be motivated for achieving target oriented sales.
∎ Must know office and email applications and should be proficient in sending quotation complying to local laws.
∎ This job requires extensive field visit on regular basis. So, incumbent must be prepared for that.
∎ Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times is of great importance
∎ Previous sales / knowledge in POS sales is essential.
∎ Knowledge about various competitors solution and products.
∎ Special Skill /Training:
∎ A team player and must acquire excellent interpersonal communication skills for dealing with both internal and external stakeholders;
∎ Must understand Andriod, iOS, Windows basic ecosystem and should be able to answer application compatibility query raised by customers. Detailed level product training will be provided.
∎ Adaptive to new technology related to communications;
∎ Should be able to travel outside Dhaka when needed and organise events which might take place in the evening or during weekends.
