Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Deliver a warm, friendly, and professional customer experience, including proper greeting, polite tone, and adapting communication based on customer behaviour.

  2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.

  3. Maintain professional appearance, confident posture, and ensure workspace and product display are well organised and presentable.

  4. Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations, asking questions, active listening, and showing genuine interest.

  5. Understand customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations with clear explanations and suitable alternatives when required.

  6. Maintain strong product knowledge and recommend based on customer behaviour and requirements.

  7. Drive sales through cross-selling and up-selling in a natural, customer-friendly way without being aggressive.

  8. Handle difficult situations, objections, and complaints calmly and professionally, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.

  9. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order processing, delivery updates, returns, and refunds.

  10. Maintain accurate records in Odoo system, track customer interactions, and prepare basic reports.

  11. Support and guide team members, maintain service standards, and assist in team development.

  12. Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
