Senior Counselor (Specialized in UK, Australia, New Zealand)

• Provide expert counseling and guidance to students aspiring to study in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to match them with suitable universities and programs.
• Stay updated with admission criteria, visa policies, and education systems of UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Assist students throughout the application process including documentation, SOP review, and university interviews.
• Guide students on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and accommodation options.
• Maintain strong relationships with university representatives and regularly attend training sessions/webinars to stay informed.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one counseling sessions to promote study abroad programs.
• Mentor and supervise junior counselors as required.
• Maintain detailed records of student cases and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives related to the UK, Australia, and New Zealand education markets.
