∎ Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in CSE, BBA, or other relevant fields.
∎ Experience: Prior experience in visa processing, paperwork, and content writing is mandatory.
∎ Skills:Strong English writing and communication skills.
∎ Good email writing and professional communication skills.
∎ Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel.Good computer skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of content editing.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

∎ Process applications for offers of place and handle all necessary paperwork.
∎ Prepare visa application documents and ensure accuracy in paperwork without relying on AI-generated content.
∎ Proficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic editing tools for documentation.
∎ Communicate professionally via email and in person with students, universities, institutions, and relevant authorities.
∎ Provide detailed guidance on visa requirements and ensure compliance with immigration policies.
∎ Keep updated with the latest visa regulations, university policies, and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Follow up with students and institutions to track application progress.
∎ Work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
∎ Manage time effectively and maintain punctuality in all tasks.
