Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Provide detailed counseling sessions in person, online, or via communication platforms like phone, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring clarity about study programs, intakes, institutions, tuition costs, scholarships, and living expenses in various countries. 2. Assist students with the visa application process by informing them of the required documentation, financial planning, and application procedures. 3. Offer expert guidance in areas such as foreign study consultancy, student admissions, and overall study-abroad counseling, leveraging relevant experience. 4. Maintain excellent oral and written communication skills in English for effective interactions and professional correspondence. 5. Work collaboratively within a team while being open to learning and adapting to new concepts and practices. 6. Demonstrate politeness, patience, honesty, and dedication in handling student queries and building trustful relationships. 7. Support senior management by preparing reports and contributing to special projects as required. 8. Prepare social Media Post (Using Photoshop / Canva) and upload regularly. 9. Chase student applications with the Universities / Institutes regularly.
