Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct factory audits and address any non-compliance issues identified during internal or external audits.
∎ Ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
∎ Design, implement, and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate audit findings, recommendations, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
∎ Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports. Should have knowledge to face audit like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.
