Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities of the Fabrication, Lathe, and Milling Workshop under Industrial Engineering Solution (IES).
Prepare project timelines and ensure timely completion through regular progress tracking.
Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of automation projects.
Analyze sewing operational processes and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate machine fabrication and development activities as per project requirements and ensure execution within timeline.
Work closely with the Purchase Team to ensure availability of required materials for ongoing projects.
Conduct final quality inspection and verification to ensure projects meet technical and quality standards.
Prepare project reports, maintain progress records, and ensure proper technical documentation.
Develop machine concepts, technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Support design presentations and project visualization using Adobe Illustrator.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
