Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 30 years
  • Clear understanding of knit fabrications (Single Jersey, Rib, Terry, Interlock, Fleece) and their shrinkage/stretch behaviors.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Creative Design & Trend Analysis

  • Forecast, interpret, and translate global fashion trends (EU/US markets) into commercially viable knitwear concepts.

  • Design original placement prints, all-over prints (AOP), embroideries, and chest graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Curate seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and presentation decks for buyer meetings.

2. Technical Product Development (Knit)

  • Manage end-to-end development of circular and flat knit garments.

  • Create comprehensive Tech Packs detailing fabric specifications, GSM, sewing construction, and trim placement.

  • Collaborate closely with sample-room masters, merchandisers, and washing technicians to ensure design execution matches the original tech pack.

3. Pattern Knowledge & Printing Techniques

  • Evaluate pattern construction, fit adjustments, and grading specifications to optimize garment drape and minimize fabric consumption.

  • Select and apply appropriate printing methodologies (e.g., Pigment, Plastisol, Rubber, High-Density, Sublimation, or DTG) based on fabric blend, cost limits, and buyer demands.

  • Trouble-shoot printing defects (like cracking, migration, or poor hand-feel) directly during the trial-print and pilot-run stages.

4. Product Photography & Styling

  • Direct basic flat-lay, ghost mannequin, and look book styling for newly developed samples.

  • Utilize basic product photography and photo editing skills to build an internal digital design library and prepare sleek presentation catalogs for international buyers.
