∎ Since 2017, IRC has supported Rohingya Refugees and Bangladeshi nationalities communities in Cox's Bazar, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong with integrated services. The organization also addresses climate change impacts by building resilience and promoting economic recovery, education, and protection.
∎ The Senior Communications Officer is a hybrid role responsible for refugee case scheduling, file management, and managing inquiries related to refugee resettlement. The position supports operational planning (e.g., interpreter scheduling, case creation, call list preparation) and ensures professional and timely responses to case status inquiries submitted by applicants or third parties. This role serves as a vital communication bridge between refugee applicants and the RSC program while maintaining accurate and secure records in compliance with IRC, TOLL and DoHA guidelines.
