∎ Age 28 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking all parameters before running any lot & maintaining shade according to the standard.
∎ During the running shift, maintain chemistry (parameters), dyes & chemical preparation.
∎ During running shift monitor warping, dyeing & sizing.
∎ Look after the lab instruments & check carefully if necessary calibrate the instrument.
∎ During running shift maintain floor discipline of department.
∎ Monitor the subordinator duties.§  Monitor proper housekeeping.
∎ Complete all reports, production (sizing, warping), and others.
∎ Give training & instruction to co-workers about the machine’s risky places & consciousness of dyes and chemicals handling.
∎ If any maintenance problem arises, immediately inform the concerned department senior person.
∎ To maintain dyeing and chemical compliance issues as per buyer and department requirements.
∎ Vast knowledge of Denim fabric manufacturing unit
∎ Handle the workers & manage the shift.
∎ Well aware-of dyes & chemical characteristics
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has solid experience in Preparatory Slasher Dyeing operation in 100% Export Oriented Denim fabric Manufacturing Company. Who has substantial, experience in the following areas and must be self-driven and self-motivated to take challenges & deliver high-quality results.
