• Age 20 to 35 years

* Call all new Facebook, WhatsApp, Website, and other digital leads every morning.

* Qualify leads and convert them into client meetings and project confirmations.

* Handle clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.

* Maintain complete lead reports and follow-up status using Microsoft Excel.

* Prepare BOQs, quotations, and basic project documentation.

* Coordinate closely with Architects, Marketing Team, and Project Management.

* Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

* Minimum *3 years of proven experience* in Call Center, Tele Sales, or Sales Conversion.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Must have strong experience converting inbound leads into sales.

* Advanced knowledge of *Microsoft Excel* is mandatory.

* Experience preparing *BOQ and Quotations* will be an advantage.

* Candidates with *Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, or Building Material industry experience* will receive preference.

* Previous *Team Lead, Supervisor, or Management experience* will be considered a strong advantage.

* Professional attitude, smart presentation, and strong problem-solving ability are essential.
