Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls related to skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic treatments

• Convert leads into consultations and bookings through effective communication

• Provide detailed treatment information with confidence and care

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up logs in CRM

• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front desk to ensure smooth client journey

• Handle difficult customers with professionalism and problem-solving mindset

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate from any discipline

• Training in customer service/telecommunication is an advantage

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in a call center or client-facing role

• Previous experience in aesthetic clinic, hospital, beauty, or wellness sector is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command over spoken and written English & Bangla

• Strong communication, sales, and persuasion skills

• Ability to understand client needs and suggest suitable services

• CRM or call management software experience preferred

• Must be polite, confident, patient, and smart in attitude
